The Time Travel Journals is a small pamphlet guide on Time Travel
using self hypnosis aided in my case by a Procyon Light and Sound
Machine. Light and sound machines emit a beat and a flashing Led
light which tunes to the brain frequency and when it alters has an
altering effect on the brains electromagnetic frequencies, within
minutes a deep state can be achieved, where the mind is more
suggestible than it normally is. I have found I can use just the light
and incorporate my own music, or even a spoken word excercise as
the sound channel.
I have used the Light and sound machine to travel in time to other
incarnations, present, past and future, see the section "The Journals".
Using a light machine, I have found the trick is to stay conscious when
deeply in an experience. The light machine is a reliable way of
achieving these states. When the mind is hypnotised by the light
machine, a very natural experience occurs which is easily
incorporated.
At the top of the page in my journal is stated "The purpose of this
meditation is forgiveness" and the time and date. I love to use "Cafe
del Mar vol 9", for music, and I like to use Enya's music. Just listening
to it while shopping, for example, puts me in a relaxed state of bliss. I
think because of positive associations. After dozens of blissful
experiences the mind associates each bar of the music with bliss. It
may be useful for people that are mildly affected by social anxiety, I
know when I am anxious just hearing the music I have been using
really helps in a stressfull situation.

Using the procyon sound and light machine:
Insert 3x AA dry cells, not rechargeable. Plug one set of light frames
in at the top in the 3.5mm jack between the volume knob and the light
intensity knob on the top of the unit. The right hand button switches it
on. There is no need to use the headphones or the headphone socket
on the right hand side of the unit, unless you require binaural beats.
When the unit is on it should show session #no Cycle the unit with the
middle button till you see "sess" then a number will be displayed,
mine says 24, so I want session 33. I am going to press the arrow
buttom till I get 33. Get comfortable and press play, the top button.
Press the same button to stop, this returns you to the beginning of
seesion 33. If you want to save on the dry cells, as soon as it is booted
and shows the session number, plug in a usb charger lead into the usb
socket on the right hand side of the unit. It won't charge but the unit
will switch to usb power and save on the dry cells.
Before you start it's a good idea to get the brightness to the right level,
on the right hand side of the top. It has been said that it's best to have a
comfortable but alert body position. I always lie down, it doesn't make
a bit of difference. I have music ready or a visualistion tape / mp3.
The procyon that I have has about 50 inbuilt sessions. "Learning" - 8
sessions, "peak performance" - 6 sessions, "Tranquility" - 8 sessions,
"Night voyage" - 5 sessions, "Energy" - 6 sessions, "Rejuvination" - 6
sessions, and "Visualisation" - 5 sessions, and finally "Mind art" - 4
sessions. Session 0 is random making 50 sessions.

The unit has a Ganzfeld feature allowing you to see a constant
unflickering colour for colour work for example.
It is possible to store up to 250 sessions in the internal flash memory.
The unit is audiostrobe compatible. These are special audio CDs that
have a coded flashing with a shimmering dazzling light, at a crescendo
in the music, for example. The music on an audiostrobe cd is linked to
the strobing, with the procyon it is possible to make you own
audiostrobe cds, using such software as Transparent Corporations
"Mind workstation"
You are not meant to open your eyes with the lightframes. Instead you
will find yourself looking at geometrical shapes mandalas and
swirling colours, through your closed eyes.
Even with a single colour, light machines can make you see multi
coloured shapes, with red blue and green the procyon allows you to
see mandalas and beautiful images that can take you to your beautiful
inner landscapes.
Instructions come with it. Try some of the 50 sessions. You can make
your own with a laptop. Some of the frequencies such as the theta
improve the brain, we don't normally experience this frequency, it
improves learning and recall. The improvement is general and not
during the session! You don't have to use the sound it's desirable to
unplug the sound and plug in some music or a relaxation tape. I find a
30 minute session to be too short so I use it twice, to begin with don't
be too ambitious though. You don't have to be a yogi! Although this
machine cuts out years of practice!
First you could begin with affirmations using a normal session of 001
to 049 on the procyons in built sessions. Deal with whatever seems to
be wrong at this present moment. Realise you divine nature. Realise
you are already there, there is no gap or gulf to cross. There is an old
saying "Know yourself then God and the Devil won't matter"
These are my new sessions, on my www (availble at:

bring you deeper into the inner child so the letting go and forgiveness
runs deeper. It uses 4 Hz throughout, as this is a very deep frequency,
I have kept it simple. Blues and greens are always more yin colours
relaxing and deeper feeling.
Session 001 deepfocus is a very deep relaxation session which brings
you into theta at 4 Hz, for creativity problem solving and retention, eg
language learning, you don't have to do language tapes with it , in fact
any learning later on that day will benefit from increased retention,
from the theta, which we don't usually enter even in REM sleep.
Session 002 deepchilloutsiesta is a relaxaing session a bit longer
though, and concentrates as 001, on the theta but goes down to 3 Hz.
similar to 001 but longer.
Session 003 unwindchilloutzone, to bring you down when you can't
seem to relax. A colourful array of flashing lights and shapes resulting
in a more relaxed and focused outcome. For When you've have had
too much coffee but still need to relax. 15 min. Session 001 is now
called "deep focus" that is the name of the zip
Session 004 blackcoffeenight, is a whirling cascade of lights suitable
for black coffee nights when you have stayed up to complete a project
and though you need to relax you just need a bit of help. 22 mins long
concentrating on higher frequencies, 28, 24 and 12.
Session 005 indiansummer2014, was made for deep relaxation whilst
remaining alert. Combining both ends of the spectrum - with very fast
visuals and deep periods of rest. 17 mins.
Session 006 coffeecupsept2014 is a splash of colour. You should see
lots of colours; ones you would see or hear on our planet and Other
Worldly colours that don't even exist here. It is a very stimulating
session, 25 mins and colourful. Many fast shifts that play with colour
balances. Uses 4 and (mainly) 6 Hz. Fast transitions beginning at 32
Hz throughout. If you are epileptic avoid, you have been warned!! 25
mins.

There are various colours, the reds and oranges are energising the
blues and greens are relaxing. The initial sensations are kaleidoscopic
and possibly mandalas, deep relaxation, bliss (which is normal and
common). I had a couple weeks of terrible experiences, they were
controllable, but it meant I had to avoid all use for 1 week. I found my
inner child was sad and the sadness overwhelmed me. So I left it off,
and dealt with the sorrow in a nicer way. The machine is not
dangerous, at any moment you can decide to stop as I did. You are
always fully conscious. You don't go "under"! It does not make great
changes that you can't stop. In every case almost you will feel bliss
and deep relaxation. If your eyes blink along with the flashes try a
different intensity of light. If you get a headache stop. Do not use if
you are epileptic. One wise man said to me once on the subject that
most of the problems came from abuse particularly combining the unit
with drug use, not recommended!!

Time Travel:
In the World of Spirit there is no separation of time or space. Every
thought you have ever had, and every experience exists and can be
relived, or accessed anew. I always start by writing a note saying that
my only intention is forgiveness. I have a pen and some music on a
mp3 player. I remove the phone shut all the doors and lie down in the
darkness. I have a table lamp that I can switch off with a remote
switch as it is more convenient, it means less moving around. I decide
when I would like to go back to, and also listen to my spirit to see if
there is anything else I should know. In my experience I have gone
back to a previous life as me, thinking the thoughts I had at the time.
There may be a lot of information try to remember it all as you write it
down. I have found myself in future lives. There has been a central
theme to every time travel journey!
I had to carry out forgiveness work in two areas. The machine has
proved very useful, in achieving this. People want to get on with their
lives but sometimes people can't until they have dealt with the past,
and completely let go of it. The benefits in my case are tremendous!
The unseen knot of unforgivenes was sabotaging my professional,
romantic and social life. In the notes I made there was a failed
relationship with JC, and letting go of pain caused by someone close
to me in childhood years. Both have been healed, now.
I thought time travel would be a machine which would physically take
you on a journey where you would see the whole World from a higher
perspective, but I saw it as myself within a previous life and from a
personal perspective. By experiment I can see these techniques are
working and see a happier future life, with the people I am forgiving.
Some of the lives including my present one are running concurrently. I
think this just means there are some souls that are very close to me, or
are me, in my soul group and are currently incarnating.

Future life - Lion allowed to be angry..no judgement..me going around
a male lion
1958 .....place of roman arches...excquisite plantings and
architecture...outstanding beauty, colour, naturalness..a dark haired
person, many in fact...people that bullied me..meant to have been in
fights to later learn forgiveness..alabaster devas in black stone..I
learned to forgive as there had been more forgiving to do...
also while chosing my current life I saw a map of the stars...I could
read the stars much better than now, (I am an astrologer)...I chose this
life, so horrible...why?...even in the darkest moments I was loved a
bit..supported.."I never left you!"..suicide?..in this life it ended up
worse than it had been planned to be...3 years before I was born I was
in heaven, it was so beautiful, a stately home with bridges with roman
arches and viaducts and lawns with steps leading to lawns on a lower
level, with us sipping tea in the summer sun and different levels of
lawns great buildings within this stately home garden..Lions and
anger, what happens to our anger when we pass on...Daddy as a
chinese man..living in Spain...a period of comparative wealth and I
must not...unusual wealth don't get to taken up with it just because you
are not used to it..novelty..in heaven I will be very busy doing a
lot...chemistry...essential oils..flavours..
all this is 100 years in the future.. a rebalancing so I can express
myself fully as politics are stopping this at the moment..My creativity
is not being allowed to express itself in this life...

2065..saw a pretty girl..knew she was me..gingery red brown
hair..curly..looked a bit like me...very pretty...amazing visual, future
life as a female with ginger hair and green eyes female...about 50
years time.
1066 gothic towers...men in hoods...these were priests that didn't have
to be human to be a priest..torturing me cynically and
deliberately...satanists that knew the preisthood offered an easier route
to child abuse...within the monastery..had to forgive...Forgave the
abuser, who was still abusing me up to now..
similar time period..there were many female lives, at this time women
were treated like "things"..the monsters they could make you see,
because you believed in the lie of their magic, had real claws that
could really scratch you, because you believed in it...female bodies
dissapointing...

last life...they said it's better if I don't..I left it in Gods hands..they
showed me "kissing" in heaven, it was amazing..(it is similar to
kissing on earth but much more powerful) I diverged and wondered
about homeopathy, and why a molecule coud leave its imprint on a
diluent.."It leaves its energy because IT IS ALIVE!!..never knew

Overwhlemingly masculine..the Emporer, playing, daddy there...by
reverse psychology I felt very feminine as I was born..I was
weak..strong man now, as I am able to forgive..I hold all the aces..real
power isn't to get revenge our only real power is to forgive..
Past life... there was a pretty woman that looked a bit like Enya..I was
her ragged child that she couldn't look after..I was wayward and had a
"failed" life..she was JC that had the long eyelashes....or we were
both.

Going into another dimension...at this moment all the physical objects
are metaphors for our reality..beings with compound (bug) eyes..and
short small men..sylphs as well..nature spirits..blue colours.. total
ecstacy..
I was in Spain and then I had a life in France..
a blue eyed girl with a dark brown bob..knew this girl in 1986..near
here. She looked very french...

I was listening to an Enya song when the goddess took over the
singers voice animated it and suddenly I wasn't just listening to Enya!
Quote "You are in my heart, but the miles keep us apart. I could never
say goodbye!" Enya "Never say goodbye" from the CD "Dark Sky
Island" This was meant to reassure me with regard to someone close
to me, but far away.

"We have been left a winter world of ice!" "Because of the greed and
stupidity of our fathers!" "We now look like fools, THIS is our reality
and we are left to deal with it!" I saw a crystalised icy white world,
and my power animal which was a husky
1800's
100 years ago or more. I was a woman having to deal with men that
were basically criminals, and shouldn't have been walking around
free. There was a baby or a foetus. There was a man in a top hat that
had cynically hurt me. He was the previous life of the school bully in
1974. He had treated me badly, should have been in jail. He wore a
suit and a top hat....women have never really had it easy..there were
many more female incarnations where I had to forgive and had to
adopt a spiritual outlook..none of that was easy...

Procyon session 24:
There were dropping bottle teats growing into little red hats of little
people. They were grey / white haired old men 18" tall, in red like
little Gnomes. Talked to him for ages. Showed how he had "caught "
Cheryl, we talked about her release. I asked him for her to be released
in two weeeks or by 2nd june. He had an injury, so we went into the
light to heal him, he didn't seem to think you could have light for
nothing. He realised that he is everything to this light, he is the only
thing that is important and the light worships the ground he stands on,
he is a child of the light.
Note - I haven't had many experiences with the little folk. On one
occassion I saw a green man with compound eyes, like insect eyes, but
a small green stout body. He didnt say anything and quickly
disappeared. On this occassion I saw a gnome that was supposedly
involved in cheryls illness, but these visions are just visions until
proven by experience their sole purpose is forgiveness, anything else
is secondary.

city..a giant demon...black and tinged with red guards the city..he
rules with fear and with fire..cheryl is also me....
Just then I remember that 3 years before I ever met Beryl I saw a
vision of her and knew she would be my lifelong partner...soul
mate... ..."Beryl isn't in Hell, her double is"..."Why?".."Because of her
actions!"...(Beryl's double tortures her every day, making her ill)...
(This has been going on for 17 years)... The person I saw in Hell
wasn't Beryl, it was her higher self, or her double...I went deeper and
deeper...realised Gods will in me.."There is no resistance!"...
...I heard track 5 from my CD **, it was bliss...
..the valley I saw may not have been on our planet..but it was Hell a
city of damned souls..she will have to pay for her cruelty towards
Beryl...strangely I felt I was one with them both...3 years before I met
Beryl (which was 1996), I remember seeing her in my minds eye...

..Again, Bliss...tired..50 years ago...I was really deep but not
asleep...not a striking meditation, but it hepled me a lot...When I heard
"Cafe Del Mar vol 9, track 5"- it was other worldly! Although 45 mins
sounds like a long time when you are deep, it goes too quickly,
especially if you are conscious but very deep, it seems to be very
healing especially if you are tired...Don't fall asleep!!

74 years ago, in Nazi Germany. Came up to the attic room, I was a 35
year old jewish woman with brown eyes and dark brown hair. I knew
the dog was sleeping and I might step on him, but if I put the light on
the Nazis may see that the upper room was being used. The dog might
attack me if I stepped on it. Strangely I felt a kind of happiness....The
first time I went "under" it was with a "rush" similar to DMT, but
harder and faster...there were images of JC, the girl with the long
eyelashes...friendship with her...I have let go of all the past feelings
and her sould is here in thos vision helping me....there were lots of
interactions with JC I have forgotten nearly all of them.. I was very
deeply "under" and I decided to withdraw..at first everything was
normal..I had been making love to a thirty foot tall woman, green..I
had known her for 100s of years in another dimension...it was all so
normal till I became more self aware...this woman and muself are
together in another world another dimension..

There was a "bomb" planted in a football stadium. They (police?)
asked me about it and I couldnt give them any help as I am a chemist
not an engineer or demolition man.. ..the whole vision had started out
with tiny lego houses, brightly coloured, they were "real", "real"
houses aren't any more real than these lego houses..."What does real
mean anyway?" We are all living in an illusion, if all this really is real,
what are you using to define reality? Are the visions I see any less
real, and if so how do you define what is "real"?

These experiences helped me to forgive people in my present life.
Their only purpose was forgiveness. By experiment I found I could
see future lives. They are happier because I have forgiven. The cruelty
in the past was much worse, as I had to forgive this, why couldn't I
forgive now? This made it easier to achieve this. I had a failed
relationship and I knew it was going to affect my present
relationships, in the end there is no blame, and just understanding and
even love. At times in the past I had felt very much alone, during my
time using the procyon, I have realised there can be no separation in
time or space, we are all one spirit indivisible and bound together like
one spirit with many limbs, but all part of the great spirit I call "God".
Even the concept of "god" can be limiting. If it is useful you can think
of "god" as "light" without all the associations that are carried by the
word "god". It all depends on whether this concept is helpful to you or
not. I have given up following "god" and now follow the Light, I have
asked the light to enter my heart and to guide me. I talk to it often.

Conclusion, Time Travel, is it a fact or a real possility and if so how?
People won't be building bigger and bigger rockets in 50 years. They
will be going within to see other species, from other planets. Other
intelligences. People are now demonstrating past life regression and
there are others that by experience travel into the future. The rights
and wrongs are less important than the fact that people have managed
it. I think the visions of the future are only images of what might
happen. I still believe we have free will and must try and keep on
trying. If I have only achieved one thing - forgiveness - then I have
achieved what I set out to do. I definitely don't claim to know the
future from these meditations, but there has been a common theme of
my own healing and personal gain by forgiveness, which was the only
goal anyway. The past the present and the future are all happening at
once. Who can point at an object and say this is the future? All we
have is "now" the past doesn't physically exist, past and future are just
concepts. Neural pathways left by experiences, suggesting what
happened, as recorded in our brains. All we have is now, and "Now" is
the time to forgive. In forgiving we are forgiven because the way we
treat others will be the way we will treat ourselves, and we will
eventually forgive ourselves. Now is the time, to forgive especially
those that we find the hardest, those that we really don't want to
forgive, in forgiveness other parts of my life work better, with
improvements in health and life itself.
I haven't achieved anything in this booklet, except that I hope other
people will be inspired to try time travel with similar methods, I hope
I have shown the way for others to surpass the tiny amount of
experiences I have covered here. I don't believe you have to be
special, an NDEer, or psychic, using the above methods, and not even
particularly spiritual. The God that made us is our father irrespective
of what we choose to believe, the universe supports us no matter what.
Even as merely an art form the procyon is fantastic. Just using it to
relax improves concentration and memory, and ability to learn.
